新学期防电信诈骗安全提示
全体师生:
新学期伊始,电信诈骗猖獗,诈骗手法更是层出不穷。近日,我校同学接到自称是淘宝客服的电话(+68144008108688),被对方以帮其办理取消VIP捆绑业务为由诈骗,损失人民币14000元。另一个案例是同学接到一个自称是EMS快递员的电话,以物流逾期未到需退还其100元费用为由,诱导同学扫二维码的方式,诈骗3292元。
为保障广大师生的财产安全,确保校园平安稳定,保卫处现总结了“七个凡是”的诈骗手法,提醒大家做到“一要三不要”的保障措施,提高警惕,谨防上当受骗。
七个凡是:
1.凡是让你先交钱再办业务的,都是诈骗。
2.凡是自称公检法要求汇款的,都是诈骗。
3.凡是叫你汇款到“安全账户”的,都是诈骗。
4.凡是通知中奖、领奖要你先交钱的,都是诈骗。
5.凡是通知“家属”出事要先汇款的,都是诈骗。
6.凡是在电话中索要银行卡信息及验证码的,都是诈骗。
7.凡是自称领导要求打款的,都是诈骗。
一要三不要:
1.不轻信:不要轻信来历不明的电话和手机短信。
2.不透露:无论什么情况不要向对方透露自己及家人的信息。
3.不转账:绝不向陌生人汇款、转账。
4.要及时报案:万一本人或亲友被骗一定要及时报警。
Tips for Avoiding Telephone Scams in New Semester
Dear all, Telephone scams still run rampantly and seriously before the new semester comes. Recently two fraud cases were reported that one of the students received a phone call (+68144008108688) claimed as "Taobao" customer service and asked for transferring money to resolve VIP bundling service. The other student received a phone call and claimed as EMS courier and scanned the QR code in order to refund for the undelivered goods. Unfortunately, they lost RMB14, 000 and RMB3, 292 respectively in these telephone scams.
Here are the tips to spot telephone scams:
1. It is a scam that someone asks you to pay first before do anything.
2. It is a scam that someone claims to be one of public departments and asks you to transfer money.
3. It is a scam that someone asks you to transfer money to “A Safety Account”.
4. It is a scam that you receive a message about “You’ve got an award” but you need to pay for the prize first.
5. It is a scam that someone tells you that your family members have an accident and asks you to transfer money first.
6. It is a scam that someone asks for the bank account information or the verification code on your phone.
7. It is a scam that someone claims to be your supervisor and asks you to transfer money.
Here are tips to avoid any loss via telephone scams:
1. Do not trust unknown phone calls and messages.
2. Do not disclose personal information, such as bank account numbers or an address to strangers.
3. If you should transfer money to someone, please call them and prove their identity before take any further action.
4. If you are a victim of crime, call 110 and report all the information you have about the crime.
