During regular checks on the campus, we observed a phenomenon that some students/staff were smoking within campus. As Smoke Free Campaign mentioned before, UIC is a smoke-free college and smoking is strictly prohibited within UIC campus.

We would like to take this opportunity to emphasis that all areas, including main campus and New/old Cultural Village（highlighted in the attachment）are non-smoking areas. Everyone is encouraged to ask others to stop smoking on the campus.
