根据广东省教育厅《关于做好高校校园开放有关工作的通知》文件精神，高校要在确保正常教育教学秩序的基础上，加快有序推进校园开放。为保障学校正常的教育教学和生活秩序，学校在欢迎社会公众人员入校的同时，希望各位能时刻铭记安全的重要性，提高警惕，确保自身安全。现将校园有序开放后的安全事项提醒如下：

1.各教学、科研、办公等场所为非开放区域，谢绝参观。离开上述场所时应随手关好门窗。体育馆、图书馆、学生宿舍应加强值班值守。

2.进一步提高安全防范意识，在校园公共区域看管好个人随身物品，私人贵重物品（如手机、电脑、平板、耳机等）请妥善保管，不要随意摆放。

3.机动车停放后请勿忘记关门关窗，自行车应停放在指定区域并记得上锁。

4.如遇推销人员、可疑活动、或被可疑人员搭讪、尾随、骚扰、纠缠等，可立即联系学校保卫值班热线：13697774141。

Notice and Safety Reminder Regarding the Orderly Opening of Campus

Dear staff and students,

As winter recedes and spring arrives, we are preparing to open the campus on 1st March.
In accordance with the spirit of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Opening University Campuses issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, universities should accelerate the orderly promotion of campus opening while ensuring the normal order of education and teaching. In order to ensure the normal order of education, teaching, and life in UIC, while welcoming the public into the campus, we must also constantly remind ourselves that safety is a responsibility we all share. Here are some safety reminders as we move towards an orderly opening of the campus:

Ⅰ. Teaching, research, and office areas are non-open areas and not open for visitation. Please close doors and windows when leaving these areas. Sports Complex, LRC and student dormitories should strengthen their duty and guard.

Ⅱ. Further enhance safety prevention awareness, take care of personal belongings in public areas on campus. Personal valuables (such as mobile phones, Laptops, Pads, Bluetooth headsets, etc.) should be properly kept and not placed at will.

Ⅲ. After parking your vehicle, please do not forget to close the doors and windows. Bicycles should be parked in the designated area and remember to lock them.

Ⅳ. In case of encountering salespeople, suspicious activities, being approached, followed, harassed or entangled by suspicious persons, you can immediately contact the security duty hotline: 13697774141.
